The third eye chakra, or Ajna, is located in the center of the forehead, just above the space between your eyebrows. It is the center of intuition, insight, and spiritual awareness. The third eye governs our ability to see beyond the physical world and access deeper truths, wisdom, and inner guidance. When balanced, the third eye chakra allows us to trust our intuition, make wise decisions, and connect to our higher consciousness. When blocked, we may experience confusion, lack of direction, or difficulty trusting our inner wisdom.
