The solar plexus chakra, or Manipura, is the energy center located above the navel, in the upper abdomen. It governs confidence, personal power, self-worth, and motivation. When balanced, you feel empowered, self-assured, and capable of taking decisive action. When blocked, you may struggle with self-doubt, lack of motivation, or feelings of powerlessness.
